The first visit in 4 steps
01 First consultation
It can be in person, by phone or online, always free of charge. If done in person, the appointment will last for roughly one hour. We will carry out an ultrasound scan to assess the uterus and ovaries. If you have any previous reports from other treatments, or any recent blood tests, feel free to bring them along for the doctors to check over. We may ask you for some complementary tests.
Video Call
We can also carry out the consultation online, where the Doctor will explain how the treatment process will work.
02Preliminary tests
There are some complementary tests or studies that may be necessary before diagnosis.
Female
- Blood tests:
- Blood group and rhesus
- Complete blood count
- Biochemical: fasting blood sugar, creatinine, urea, transaminases (AST/ALT)
- Coagulation (TCA, PT)
- Serologies: Rubella, HIV, HCV, HBsAg, HBcAc, VDRL/TPHA (valid for 1 year)
- Basic hormonal analysis (carried out between the 2nd and 4th day of your cycle): FSH, LH, Estradiol, Progesterone
- Other hormones: Prolactin, TSH, T4L, T3
- HSG (hysterosalpingography)
- Blood tests:

- Blood tests:
- Blood group and rhesus
- Serologies: Rubella, HIV, HCV, HBsAg, HBcAc, VDRL/TPHA (valid for 1 year)
- Spermogram: bring all spermograms carried out. It is important to have one that is recent.

03Diagnosis and personalised treatment
With all the results, we will arrange a new consultation in which your doctor will offer you a diagnosis and, if necessary, will indicate the most appropriate procedure for your case. The treatment will be personalised to your medical needs in order to achieve pregnancy in the quickest possible time.
04Cost
After receiving the treatment plan, we will give you a fixed price quote, with all the techniques and tests included, so that you have all the information you need from the very first moment. We will always be at your disposal to answer any questions you may have.
